A small and simple but very useful tool to have around if you do any sort
of Web development, the HTCL CoolTool will quickly and easily generate
the HTML hexadecimal colour code for any colour you throw at it. It's
nothing new, but still is invaluable if you don't use a WYSIWYG (What
